What is RentCheck?

RentCheck is our innovative feature that puts you in control of your rent reporting! Now, you can tag and submit your own rent payments directly through your dashboard. No more waiting for landlords or delays—just a faster, easier way to ensure your rent is verified and updated on your credit report quickly!

You can activate RentCheck during signup or anytime through your RentReporters dashboard. Simply link your RentReporters account to the bank you use to pay rent, start tagging your payments with ease, and watch your rent get reported faster!

Experian

When will Experian reporting go live?

Experian reporting is now live! You’re rent payments are now being reported to all 3 bureaus!

It couldn’t be easier.

1. Make sure your billing info and your payment method is current.

2. Make sure your lease is current – You can see this on your dashboard via our mobile app or by logging in.

3. Enroll in RentCheck – Don’t wait for your landlord to get back to us to verify your rent history. Take control by enrolling in RentCheck and making sure it is linked to the account from which you pay your rent. 

We’ll send you email updates about your Experian reporting. For real-time updates, download our mobile app and enable push notifications so you’re always in the know!

Yes! We’ll report up to 24 months of rent history from your current lease. If you have past leases that ended within the last 24 months, we’ll include up to 24 months of history from those leases too.

If you don’t see your rent payments on your Experian report after we have notified you, first check that all your account details are up to date. If everything looks good and you still don’t see it, reach out to our support team via chat.

If you’re not happy with the initial results, let us know within 7 days and we will remove your rent history from your credit and issue a complete refund.
